This channel was not graded properly and accumulated standing water. The unattractive rip rap and standing water were major concerns for the neighborhood association.

The channel was re-graded to proper grade specifications to eliminate standing water. Two types of erosion control blankets were used to stabilize the channel eliminating the need for rip rap.
